Ice Storm Rescue and Water Delivery

Rusty loads down his truck to go help Goodlettsville citizens who need it.

The 2026 February ice storm was one of the biggest the mid state has seen in many years. It took down power lines, trees, and left many of the citizens of Goodlettsville stranded without power or even ability to leave their house. Rusty jumped at the opportunity to lend a helping hand. He filled his truck with cases of bottled water, a generator and power tools. After talking to Rusty here is what he said,

“I am so blessed that the storm did not destroy my house or leave me stranded. I feel called to help others who are not so fortunate. My community needed help and I was happy to provide. ”

He worked days and night clearing trees away from driveways, off houses, and out of roadways to make sure people could still get out if they needed too.
